Tribulation Token Spiritual Message

For those who realize the Token contains an “end of epoch” message for the spiritually undecided, and as a reminder to those who press on to serve their fellow man and the God who fashioned them, the Token contains a biblical message.

Following are the Scripture references and the significance of those references as pertaining to prophetic writings recorded shortly after Christ’s ascension.

II Thessalonians 1:5-10…

  • “This is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you suffer persecution.

  • God is righteous, Who shall repay with tribulation those who persecute you,

  • Giving relief to those who are persecuted, including us.

  • In flaming fire, He shall deliver judgment upon the godless, and those who fail to obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.

  • Who shall receive the punishment of ongoing destruction, being separated from the presence of the Lord and His glorious power,

  • When He shall come to be glorified in His saints, being regarded with great wonderment by all who have believed on Him – even to those who believe on the testimony of His saints, who have declared His name.”

Luke 18:8…

  • “I tell you that He will avenge the blood of those whose lives have been taken as a testimony of their faith. That said, when He comes, shall He find any faith upon the earth?”

II Thessalonians 2:3-9…

  • “Do not be deceived in any way by what they say. For that day shall not come until the ‘falling away into apostasy,’ of some who claim to be believers, comes first. Then, the ‘man of sin’ (the Antichrist, son of perdition) shall have his identity revealed,

  • Who shall oppose every image or representation of God, regardless of religion. That he may exalt himself above anything that is worshipped, seating himself in the holy of holies in the Jerusalem Temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

  • I, Paul, ask you to remember that this has been my message during the time I’ve spent with you.

  • And, presently, you understand that this man is restrained by the Spirit of God.

  • Even as the mystery of lawlessness is already at work, there yet remains The Restrainer Who holds firm that “one” until He Who restrains is dismissed from His post.

  • Then, at that moment, the man of lawlessness shall be revealed, only later to be slain at Christ’s second advent by Messiah’s Word (the very exhalation of His divine breath) and by the glorious brightness of His arrival.

  • The “lawless one,” demonstrating counterfeit miracles in accordance with the ways of Satan, thereby perpetuates with signs and apparent miracles his grand lie.

Matthew 11:28-30…

  • Jesus says “Come to Me, all of you who are weary and heavily burdened, and I will provide you rest.

  • Take My guiding yoke upon yourself, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and of humble heart, providing rest for your souls.

  • For My yoke is easy to bear, and My burden is light.”

Luke 21:36…

  • “Watch always and pray continuously, that you may maintain faithful strength and be accounted worthy to escape the Tribulation events to come, which bring the ‘Times of the Gentiles’ to a close.”

Note:

In the last paraphrased reference, the events marking the “Times of the Gentiles being fulfilled” commenced at the time Rome destroyed the Second Temple of Jerusalem in A.D. 70 and has continued and shall continue until Messiah comes.

The Tribulation to come is that described in the chapters of Matthew 24 and Mark 13 and Luke 21, which marks the closing of this current period in which we live.

The return of Christ, in his second “feet-to-ground” advent, punctuates the close of the period referenced to the Gentiles.

From a strategic perspective, where the “lawless one” (man-of-sin) is revealed to enforce his ways upon mankind, he must have sway over “Command and Control.”

Your personal cell phone is that point of “Command,” as it is easy to know where every individual is physically located and what they’re saying when carrying mobile devices.

The last piece, “Control,” is that which regulates commerce. When currency and coin are recalled, the digital wallet shall be the means used for exchange, with a digital “tail” (trail) of everything bought and sold, as an everlasting record.

Without access to your electronic means of conducting commerce, your personal sovereignty can be eliminated at the flip of a switch.

At the time of these observational comments, fortunately, “push-back” from lawmakers to a pending bill proposing a US CBDC (digital form of the US dollar) is temporarily slowing the roll-out in the United States.

That, of course, has no impact upon the other 130 or so nations which are rushing to eliminate coin and currency in favor of digital currency.

Democrats desire to slow the process due to a high percentage of poor who are “un-banked,” depending on cash as their principal means of exchange. The Republicans evidence great concern regarding how spending histories of individuals shall be protected in the digital world.

Interestingly, the day hastens when an individual could be effectively “shut out” from Communication and Commerce. The very condition alluded to by inspired scriptural passages penned 2,000 years ago.

Many Christians maintain their hope of a pre-tribulation rapture (removal to Heaven) of the saints. For those who believe differently, say, in a mid or post-tribulation rapture, I would certainly think that every pastor would want to provide their congregation with a “Plan B,” as a defense to face what is likely to be challenging times ahead.

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
