Services We Offer
All the financial services you need... in one convenient place.
After 35 years within the securities industry (part of the greater financial industry), Berkley C. Badger sold his securities practice to a Fortune 500 Company – to better focus on guaranteed deposit accounts and solving unique problems associated with elder care issues, and the like, for his valued clients.
More than simply a “fiduciary“, today’s buzzword in the financial industry, we’re called to a higher standard, as the premier provider to family-oriented households and retirees.
From low-risk deposit accounts; tax and accounting; estate, trust, and settlement services; legacy planning; and real estate related services; 7th Day Financial delivers caring professional results.
Many people have IRA’s or other non-qualified money they cannot afford to lose. 7th Day Financial (7DF) companies have “higher yielding” deposit accounts that beat the banks, yet have no stock or bond market risk. It’s nice to know that you’re doing the “greater good” by investing in annuity certificates instead of bank certificates of deposit.
Risk Managed Accounts
Risk-managed accounts are handled by one of our corporate teammates, currently offered through a Fortune 500 financial services giant. More details are provided upon request.
Low Risk Deposit Accounts
Better than most bank yields, but without the stock market, bond market, or commodities risk, low-risk accounts may be the right choice for you. We’ll get you the best and safest rate available.
Many people never even consider where their deposits go once they’ve been deposited with a financial institution.
It’s Simple: Banks loan money to people for reasons of “consumption” such as boat loans, car loans, home equity loans, etc., whereas insurance companies loan money (via high-grade corporate bond purchases) to American companies who employ US workers for “production” purposes.
… And here’s what’s so ironic, the backstop guarantor to the banking industry is, of course, the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation). Few people bother to consider that the FDIC is actually an insurance company. Yep.. that’s right… it’s an insurance company backing the banking industry, not the banks protecting the insurance and annuity industry.
Accounting & Tax Preparation
Whether you are a business owner or an individual, your tax and accounting needs are our “marching orders!” Estate, personal, and business tax returns are “no problem” with your 7DF professionals. 7DF has been striving to save taxpayers money on their taxes for over 30 years.
Why pay more than you’re legally obligated. The tax code is a multitudinous behemoth containing over one-million words (at last count). That’s larger than most Bibles.
Let us diligently search the “Code” for your best breaks.
And when it comes to accounting – relating to business sales, Medicaid application considerations, or simply annual tax return matters – we always have an eye toward your best financial outcome.
Document Lockbox Services
A document lockbox offers a convenient way to secure and protect the items you cannot afford to lose. Items could include: vital documents, heirlooms, property deeds, stock certificates, jewelry, insurance policies, etc…
Mortgage Lending & Title Services
These services are offered by licensed-state registered professionals who will provide state and federal registration numbers and details when you’re ready to borrow, buy, or sell.
Where the principal of 7DF has been a licensed mortgage NMLS participant, bearing membership NMLS ID# 1879132, he (at no cost to the client or remuneration from the lender or its agents) is more than happy to refer you to active duly licensed lenders and mortgage brokers who can get you that next real estate secured loan. This holds true as well for those of our clients requiring a licensed realtor to buy or sell a home or business property.
We shall absolutely never charge you or collect a referral fee when it comes to mortgages or real estate sales.
However, if you’re tired of your existing financial advisor managing your risk portfolio, we do receive remuneration when you transfer your account to certain FINRA licensed firms.
It may be time to monetize your practice, furthermore, you may even want to join our team. In any case, we provide you with the best value for your practice, all while assuring your clients’ uninterrupted service.

Often times mom and/or dad fail to buy enough (or any) Long Term Care Insurance coverage when it is affordable during their younger ages… This means, they may need to significantly spend-down most of their money before becoming Medicaid eligible.
It’s a shame to hear people say: “Mom’s in a nursing home, and in about 10 months or so she’s going to run out of money and can then go on Medicaid.”
They haven’t discovered alternative approaches to qualify for Medicaid without becoming impoverished.
There is often a better way! 7DF associates and professional legal contacts have been working to preserve seniors’ assets while still qualifying for eligible benefits.
Long Term Care Issues
Beyond “No Market Risk” deposit accounts, 7DF offers Long Term Care policies which help to offset nursing home costs in one’s older years. Yes, you can protect yourself against the high costs of maintenance and skilled care, when those needs eventually manifest themselves.
When someone passes away, their personal representatives and/or successor trustees usually do not know what to do.
Our Estate Settlement Service walks beside your designated estate personal representatives and trustees, to efficiently handle the workload required to properly settle out the final affairs of loved ones.
Don’t spend it all! Learn your options early, so that you may conserve money for your loved ones.
It often times begins with a “good accounting.”
Concerning financial outcomes, 7DF has been assisting Estate Personal Representatives and Successor Trustees quickly and efficiently, privately settling financial issues after one passes.
While not attorneys, 7DF associates have competent affordable legal counsel to whom they can refer – such that personal representatives and successor trustees can have backup legal representation when needed.
7DF receives no “finder’s fees” or remuneration from attorneys. In fact, we attempt to get a price break on legal services for our clients whenever possible.
Yes, many times, legal fees are negotiable. One may as well seek to find value (good professional service for a fair price) whenever possible.
A recent government source found for Americans between the ages of 55 and 64, the median retirement savings was just over $107,000 (GAO). The GAO also notes that this amount would only translate into a $310 monthly income. You deserve more!
Our support team is available every day (hence our name “7th Day Financial”) to focus on current and future financial needs and retirement planning… all of which need to interact smoothly to provide you with the best possible outcome.
Your legacy is more than just a bucket of cash dropped on your loved one’s laps. It actually should guide the next generation in a direction that makes them better people, better parents, and better citizens.
